I'll never let them see
The way my broken heart is hurting me
I've got my pride and I know how to hide
All my sorrow and pain
I'll do my crying in the rain.

If I wait for cloudy skies
They won't know the rain from the tears in my eyes
They'll never know I still love you so
Though the heartaches remain
I'll do my crying in the rain.

Raindrops falling from heaven
Could never wash away my misery
But since were not together
I'll look for stormy weather
To hide these tears I hope they'll never see

Someday when my cryings done
I'm gonna wear as smile and walk in the sun
I may be a fool but til then Lil Darlin'
They'll never hear me complain
I'll do my crying in the rain.

Very impressive drawings, darling! The first one of Ennis is stunning, really. You captured him so perfectly! His glance is full of aching loneliness, but rich of treasured memories as well. It recalls me the one that Ennis had when he was leaving the Twist’s ranch. And you did such a magic without a particular pic of Heath to guide you (or so I guess, since I don’t remember seeing any shot similar to what you sketched) You rock, sweetie! And the last one of Ennis crying in the rain hits me every time you post it. I think I already told you that IMO it has something of the raw pain in Munch
Thank you for sharing, dear Torry
Much love
